what is a band training consultation?
Prior to the consultation:-
An initial health check questionnaire needs to be completed and returned to your trainer one week prior to you first session.
Initial consultation:-
Part one - The initial training consultation starts with your trainer taking a health history, developing in to a general chat enabling your trainer to establish what your individual goals are.
Part two - Comprises of an information section where your trainer will then go through the basics to exercise. Why it is important exercise, how to exercise safely, what the core muscles are and why they are important. Your trainer may also go through a few basic exercises with you.
Part three - Comprises of both the client and the trainer putting together an achievable plan.

How to keep the interest
Trans4mLife recomends buddy training. Doing exercise on your own is hard work often resulting in you giving up. Working together with a buddy promotes socialism as well as a training environment - if you can laugh, there is more chance of enjoying the work thus keeping you training. At Trans4mLife we encourage you to find your buddy and then contact us for an initial fitness consultation.
