what is Fitness & Exercise?
The body is a carbon based water unit biologically designed and engineered to fabulous standards. As with all complex machinery, it can break down if not used and looked after correctly.
Exercise works the heart, lungs and muscles. It keeps the blood flowing and and helps clean out the body from the inside. In the sedentary world we live in exercise is vital to maintaining the strength and flexibility of the body. Extra attention should be given to strengthening the core muscles, which may help stabilise the body and protect the back. An effective method of exercise is through band training.
