This includes a discussion of progress made, additional explanations and rationale, alterations to diet plan (if necessary), and a written summary of any changes made and a long term plan.

Functional report - £60.00

A complete functionality report is completed, from the perspective of the second consultion, detailing everything discussed during the initial and follow-up consultations. This allows the client to refer back to recommendations made by the practitioner and understand the reasons why they were made.
